About these terms
These terms apply to purchases made on Get Medical Courses, operated by ALLTIMECARPETS LIMITED, company number 16840933 ("we", "us"). By completing a purchase you agree to these terms, our Refund and Cancellation Policy, and our Digital Course Delivery Policy.
What you are buying
Each product is a set of downloadable digital course materials (for example videos, PDF documents, and supporting files). Products are delivered by email as a Google Drive link after payment is confirmed. We do not provide a hosted learning platform, live instruction, tutoring, or assessment unless a course page explicitly states otherwise.
Independent reseller
We are an independent retailer. Course providers are identified on each course page. Unless expressly stated, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any university, hospital, or professional body. See our Independent Reseller Disclosure.
Licence to use the materials
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to download and use the materials for your own professional development. You may not share, resell, upload, publicly display, or redistribute the materials or the download link. Additional licence terms set by the course provider may apply and are described on the course page.
Educational purpose only
Course materials are for educational purposes. They are not a substitute for clinical judgement, institutional protocols, or professional medical advice, and they may not reflect the most recent guidance at the time you use them.
Certificates and credits
Unless a course page expressly states otherwise, purchases do not include a certificate, CME/CPD credits, or accreditation. See our Certificate and Accreditation Disclaimer.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. An order is confirmed only once payment has been verified.
Your email address
You are responsible for entering an email address you can access. Download links are sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
