How delivery works
- You complete checkout through our secure Stripe payment page.
- Once Stripe confirms your payment, our system automatically prepares your order.
- We email the address you entered at checkout with a Google Drive link for each course you purchased.
- You open the link and download the materials to your device.
You do not need an account on our website, and there is no online learning platform to sign in to.
Delivery timeframe
Download emails are sent automatically once payment is confirmed — usually within a few minutes. Occasionally, for example when a payment method confirms slowly, it can take longer. If you have not received your email within 24 hours, please contact us.
Some payment methods confirm asynchronously; in that case delivery begins only when the payment is confirmed. If a course's files are temporarily unavailable, we will email you to let you know delivery is pending and send your links as soon as they are ready.
File access and requirements
- A modern web browser and a stable internet connection.
- Enough free storage for the files (course pages list the materials included).
- Software to open the formats provided, such as a PDF reader and a video player.
- Some Google Drive folders may ask you to sign in to a Google account, depending on how the provider requires access to be controlled. Where that applies it is stated on the course page.
Your email address
Please make sure the email address you enter at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for delivery to an address entered incorrectly, but we will help you: contact support and we will verify your purchase.
Missing email
Check your spam, junk, and "Promotions" folders first. If you still cannot find it after an hour, contact support@getmedicalcourses.com with your order number and checkout email address and we will resend it.
Broken or inaccessible links
If a link does not open, shows "access denied", or files appear incomplete, contact support@getmedicalcourses.com with your order number. We will investigate and provide working access.
