Once your payment is confirmed, we automatically email a Google Drive link for each course to the address you entered at checkout. You open the link and download the materials to your device.

No. There is no account and no learning platform. Checkout is guest-only, and your materials arrive by email.

Usually within a few minutes of payment confirmation. Some payment methods confirm more slowly. If you have not received it within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then contact us with your order number.

Not unless the course page explicitly says so. We do not issue certificates or credits ourselves. Please read our Certificate and Accreditation Disclaimer.

Yes. Add as many courses as you like to your cart. Your confirmation email lists every course with its own download button.

Your statutory consumer rights always apply. We also refund delivery failures, duplicate purchases and materials that are not as described. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.

We are an independent retailer. Each course page names its actual provider, and we do not claim institutional endorsement unless we have written permission to do so.
