Our approach
We want every purchase to be the right one. Digital products are not automatically non-refundable: your statutory rights as a consumer always apply, and this policy adds to them rather than replacing them.
Right of withdrawal (where applicable)
If you live in a jurisdiction with a statutory cooling-off period for online purchases (for example the EU, EEA, or UK), you generally have 14 days to cancel. For digital content, that right may end once the download has started only if you expressly requested immediate delivery and acknowledged that you would lose the right of withdrawal. Where we have not obtained that consent, your full withdrawal right remains.
When we will always refund
- Delivery failure: we cannot deliver working download access within a reasonable time after you report the problem.
- Duplicate purchase: you were charged twice for the same course.
- Materially not as described: the materials are substantially different from the course page description.
- Faulty content: files are corrupted or incomplete and we cannot provide a working replacement.
Discretionary refunds
Outside those cases, we review requests made within 14 days of purchase individually, taking into account whether the materials were accessed.
How to request a refund
Contact support@getmedicalcourses.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We aim to respond within one business day. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show the credit.
After a refund
Once a refund is issued your licence to use the materials ends, and you must delete any downloaded files.
